IMHO......how can soul reapers fight agaist Hollows if they can act like a soldiers....at 3:31 Rukia and Orihime are chatting instead of doing any action.....just Claud is more like real soldier>>making diversion to drive enemy atention away to make opening for Rukia's spell...but she is just talking with Orihime about things that are obvious
