Trying to stop it is really on a par with trying to stop the Earth from spinning. The forces involved are long term, physical and unchangeable. We will have to adapt. squiddieT ::: Favorites The floods in Gloucestershire are not a direct result of Climate Change. I live in Gloucester and a 3inch brrok became a 8ft rapid. The floods were due to a Weather System that happens every 100years or so, or so I believe. If there is ice on the polar regions, that indicates an ice age FACT.
