phantom5691 ::: Favorites this song and movie brought back so many memories of going to SE asia (thailand, laos, cambodia and vietnam)i never visited japan (at least not yet) but the bigger cites i visited, especially bangkok and ho chi minh city are quite overwhelming in a way that tokyo probably is. it is overwhelming and exciting and fascinating, yet as a westerner there is an inescapable detatchment that one feels. or at least i did while there but i still loved it all nonetheless 07-09-17 16:45:52 __________________________________________________
hellomynameisshun ::: Favorites I live in New York and recently Listened to the Loveless album while walking through Times Square recently, I haven't been there for quite some time. It was overwhelming to say the least. Sofia Coppola visited Japan in the early 90's and I feel she was so fascinated by the culture and her experience that she vowed to portray her feelings during that time into a film.
