Chinese alligators don't grow near that large, so it's most likely one of the several species of crocodile that inhabit Southeast Asia (Indo-Pacific, Siamese, Mugger, etc.). The creature's jaw shape and scale textures give it away quite clearly (despite the out of focus camera).
