Description: It really frustrates me how much speeding I see every time I drive on the road. If these people got caught say at least 1/4 of the time I cannot conceive of how anyone would continue speeding on a regular basis. |

I think if we could get enforcement up to scratch then we could declare that the posted limit is more of a recommended limit and +5kmh is the legally enforceable limit (of course this is pretty much what they do anyway only it's not legislated). It could also be different over there in the US, but I would think our speed limits are, for the most part, about right for balancing safety and traffic efficiency. __________________________________________________ | |
