I apologize for my late response, I've had a lot of extra business thrown my way here at home, making for limited youtube time. I'll look into the link you sent.

Even though you and I may disagree on several points you do seem to be a rational and reasonable individual so I have sent you a link to the Common Sense 08 Group. We are dedicated to making sure that facts, not conspiracy theories, or propaganda, are paramount in the 08 election. Well actually its more of a group of people who I can count on to be reasonable. Its not like Im expecting anyone to do anything but you can if you want.

On Constitutional issues, I would say that Senator Jeff Sessions is probably one of the best aside from Ron Paul. On the Democrat side, although you may think he's an anti-war kook, Mike Gravel is good on most of the Amendments.

They don't support repealing any of these amendments by Constitutional approach, they are doing it by either ignoring or reinterpreting the language of the Constitution. Both parties support a "Living and Breathing Constitution" to some extent, although the Dems. are more forward about it in their rhetoric.

Well havnt seen many attempts to repeal these amendments...at least none that had any chance of success. Your going to start telling me about gradual repeal now.

Groups perhaps, but right now judges and a moronic congress have power over it's enforcement, and plenty of buffoon voters to keep the latter in power. The establishments in both major parties scorn it, both scorn the First and Fifth Amendments, the Dems; the 2nd and 10th Amendments, the Reps; the 4th Amendment.

We dont scorn our Constitution, quite the opposite, there are countless groups out there that vigorously defend it. As for Iraq I dont see any Islamic Law in their Constitution.

The success of any democracy is dependent upon it's Constitution and I fear that is where the fate of both Iraq and America will be sealed. We scorn our own Constitution and allow the Iraqi's to put Islamic Law into their's, basically making a Dictatorship inevitable.
