How to get it Do the lvl The Storm on Normal, Heroic or Legendary. It is also said that you may have to beat the game on Normal or higher, so you may want to try that if it isn't there. Once you open the door just charge to the silo tower. Don't worry about ghosts and don't destroy any wraith. When you're at the tower park your warthog on the hill and jump + crouch onto the tower. viciousandchaotic ::: Favorites alright for everybody who says it wont appear listen; YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE CAMPAIGN ON NORMAL OR HIGHER, THEN GO BACK TO THAT LVL AND THE SKULL WILL BE THERE. it wouldnt appear for me either until i finished the campaign on normal. also if your having trouble getting on to the building, get a friend to play with you, then they stand on the warthog and you stand on them and jump onto the building. 07-10-15 01:21:17 __________________________________________________
